Seychelles Fashion Week 2024 Concludes with Resounding Success 7th Edition Celebrates Talent, Diversity, and Creativity in the Fashion World

The curtains have officially closed on the 7th edition of Seychelles Fashion Week, and this year’s event has been nothing short of extraordinary. Held from November 26th to 29th, 2024, The main event was held at Eden Blue Hotel on the 29th November, It was a celebration of fashion, art, and culture brought together 16 local and international designers, 40 stunning models, and countless fashion enthusiasts for an unforgettable showcase.

A Celebration of Excellence

The 2024 Seychelles Fashion Week highlighted the best of creativity and craftsmanship, with designers and models from around the world converging on the idyllic shores of the Seychelles. From cutting-edge designs to bold runway statements, the event served as a testament to the vibrant and evolving world of fashion.

This year’s award winners shone brightly, epitomizing excellence in their respective categories and it’s the first time that SFWK has introduce such an award sponsored by Creole Travel Services

• Best Young Designer: Evaline Cushion and Fazila Ernesta, whose innovative designs captured the audience's imagination.

• Best Local Designer: Cam Art, celebrated for their stunning creations that paid homage to the rich cultural heritage of the Seychelles, printing his painting onto fabrics and creation beautiful resort and beach wear

• Best International Designer: Cheng Cheng Yang from China, whose exquisite designs embodied sophistication and elegance.

• Best Female Model: Yustra Ah Kong from Seychelles La Digue , a standout talent who graced the runway with poise and charisma.

• Best Male Model: Talent Mthimkhulu from South Africa, who captivated the audience with his commanding presence and style.
